We want you to feel comfortable and informed when purchasing from us. This page outlines our approach to returns and refunds, with care for both our customers and the nature of the products we create.

Our Approach

Many of our offerings are crafted in small batches and intended for personal use. Because of this, we’re thoughtful and clear about what we’re able to accept back and what we’re not.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you’re unsure about a product.

Returns

Due to the personal and consumable nature of many of our products, we generally do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

When reaching out, please include:

• Your order number (if online) or location of purchase (if in-person)

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos, if applicable

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider

We do our best to handle all approved refunds promptly and transparently.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re happy to work with you to determine the best resolution.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been prepared or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.

Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. While shipping carriers are outside of our control, we’ll do our best to support you in resolving the issue.
